Submission Preparation Checklist
Authors before uploading the manuscript for review process, please make sure the following details are available and checked after accepting the manuscript for publication. Please use the PDF form to provide the submission checklist, which shall be uploaded when requested to the author while proceeding to the next stage of open access publishing workflow.
This way it is easier for both authors and editorial team of the corresponding series to followup the workflow. The same is listed here for reference.

- One file folder/zip archive labelled with book title and author name: - Each chapter saved as a separate file; graphics saved as separate file
- A second folder/zip archive containing the PDF file(s) with all fonts embedded
- Electronic supplementary material
- Other electronic media forms (ex: video) should be attached to chapter with clear naming and contextualization
- Edited books
- E-mail address and affiliation of the corresponding author of each chapter and e-mail addresses of all co-authors for free access to the e-book after publication.
- The standard procedure is for private e-mail addresses to be used for communication but not published.
- Professional e-mail addresses will be published.
- If you do not wish this, please indicate clearly if your private e-mail address should be published or if your professional e-mail address should not be published.
- Agree to the copyleft license (CC BY SA NC ND 4.0), compatible with copyright law ? for publishing
Please make sure that the PDF form to provide the submission checklist is downloaded, and filled, with proper details and save the edited PDF file, with corresponding author name as suffix.
